At Texjab , we strictly follow National and International Regulations, which is really our minimum requirement. We work from 9 to 6, with 1 hour lunch break and two 15 minutes tea breaks. Overtime is paid at twice the normal rate. Each worker has 20 days holiday per year.

Furthermore, we work exclusively with suppliers (dye house, knitting, …) who respect these same International rules , who are Oeko Tex and who are very local to us (5-10 kms) to avoid creating carbon emissions through additional transport.

We also put a lot of effort into creating a fair male/female ratio in our workforce.
