custom garment and trading
Texjab was conceived from a clear understanding: the high minimum order quantities and lengthy production times in Asia are increasingly incompatible with the economic realities of the European custom-made garment market.
At Texjab, we’ve chosen to diverge from this trend. Our approach enables us to produce not just large orders, but also small and medium-sized runs in significantly reduced lead times. This agility allows us to swiftly respond to requests for samples and restocking.
We maintain a constant inventory of fabrics in various qualities and colors. Additionally, we can accommodate specific PMS colors and different fabric compositions.
Our teams and management have been trained to handle this unique style of production, which is quite uncommon in this part of the world. Our production lines are designed for quick adaptation to new manufacturing requirements, models, colors, and fabrics.
Lastly, we take great pride in the in-house management of your order markings. We are equipped with an 18-head embroidery machine, an 18-head chenille embroidery machine, and hot presses. This means we don’t have to depend on external markers, further enhancing our efficiency and control over the production process.
We are experts in managing small to medium production runs (up to 8,000 sweaters per month), along with sample production.
This specialization enables us to respond swiftly to requests for samples and re-orders. To ensure our quality standards and delivery times, we handle all processes in-house, with the exception of knitting and dyeing. For these tasks, we maintain strong relationships with larger units located near Texjab, ensuring quality control even for larger quantities.
Our pattern makers, Graphic designers and Fabric specialists are all there to help you and your team with developing new products based on the latest trends.
We source our fabric from Oeko Tex dyeing houses, and all our fabrics are tested in recognized laboratories. Our experienced outsourcing team has strong, longtime connections with Pakistani partners for all non-fleece/jersey productions. They visit these partners on regular basis in order to make sure the customer requirements are met. We have outsourced swimwear, socks, rainproof pants, underwear, jackets and workwear.
At Texjab , we strictly follow National and International Regulations, which is really our minimum requirement. We work from 9 to 6, with 1 hour lunch break and two 15 minutes tea breaks. Overtime is paid at twice the normal rate. Each worker has 20 days holiday per year. Furthermore, we work exclusively with suppliers (dye house, knitting, …) who respect these same International rules , who are Oeko Tex and who are very local to us (5-10 kms) to avoid creating carbon emissions through additional transport. We also put a lot of effort into creating a fair male/female ratio in our workforce.
We are in good company
